Mouse echo automatically reads text that you point the mouse pointer to. Single words or complete lines of text are spoken instantly or after hovering briefly. This can be set to No Echo, Instant Echo, or Hover. The latter enables delayed mouse echo, during which words are spoken after the mouse pointer hovers over them for a selected hover time.
