On May 9, 2017, the Waubonsee Community College Lions
Club hosted the Lions Club International Executive Officers to celebrate the
creation of the new campus club. Approximately 100 guests attended the event
and enjoyed dinner and keynote speaker Lions Club International
President Chancellor Bob Corlew. Chancellor Corlew shared his vision for
the Lions Club and his excitement for the first new club in the Lions District
1-J in over ten years.
