Visuals are ever present in the digital age and an important component of thinking and learning. This workshop will present research-validated techniques for engaging students with visuals (e.g., video, diagrams, photos, etc.) and example activities for in-person and online classes. Then, you will develop a brief activity for your classroom and receive peer feedback on the activity.
